nQuery Summer 2019 Release | 41 new sample size tables

From fixed to flexible trial designs, the nQuery Summer 2019 release (ver 8.4) sees the continued strengthening of nQuery to help Biostatisticians and clinical researchers save costs, reduce risk and help clinical trials be successful.

With increasing costs and high failure rates in drug development, adaptive trials offer one mechanism to alleviate these problems and make clinical trials better reflect the statistical and practical needs of trial sponsors. These issues have also spurred an increasing openness towards innovative clinical trial designs in regulatory agencies around the world.

What's new in the nQuery Core module?

In the Summer 2019 release, we will be adding 29 new classical sample size tables to the nQuery Advanced Core module.

What's new in the nQuery Adaptive module?

The Summer 2019 release extends the number of tables on offer for adaptive designs. 7 new adaptive sample size tables will be added to this area.

What's new in the nQuery Bayesian module?

The Summer 2019 release extends the tables for sample size calculation using Bayesian methods. There are 5 new Bayesian sample size tables in this release that extend the assurance table options for survival analysis and introduce a new concept known as the Posterior Error Method.
